Dog Friendly Co. is an Australian pet accessories brand known for its custom-made dog harnesses and collars. Sandra Abade and Luka Maric started the brand in 2019 in Sydney, Australia.

The PMax campaign was previously set up to promote all products on the website. However, with a limited budget, Dog Friendly Co. was reaching its maximum spend each day. It meant that they were missing out on vital conversions for their best-performing products. We segmented the products into relevant product groups and focused on promoting the bestsellers initially and those with the highest ROI. We also adjusted the bids to ensure that the bestselling product group ads would be more visible in the SERP (Search Engine Results Page) space.
